The course is run in a group format exclusively for you and includes theory and skills practice. The individuals receive short recorded mindfulness practices to use at home and guidance on incorporating "informal" mindfulness into their daily routines.

Some popular choices in the past have included a mindfulness taster session as part of team-building or away days, as well as a series of guided meditation sessions to enhance the well-being of your employees or volunteers.
