About the Group

This weekly group is a simple, supportive way to keep mindfulness in your life.

  • Open to beginners and those with some experience

  • Come every week, or drop in whenever it suits you

  • A friendly, no-pressure atmosphere — you’re always welcome just to listen

How It Works

We meet every Monday evening, 7:30–8pm, on Zoom.
Sessions run most weeks, with pauses for bank holidays and school holidays.

Each session lasts 30 minutes and follows a steady, familiar rhythm:

  • A short welcome and settling

  • A guided meditation practice

  • Time to reflect or simply listen at the end

Cost:

  • £5 per session

  • £15 for a block of three sessions

  • £25 for a block of six sessions (one class free)

Joining Online

You don’t need much to take part:

  • A device with internet (laptop, tablet, or phone)

  • A quiet space where you feel comfortable

  • A chair or cushion to sit on (or you can lie down with a blanket if you prefer)

Zoom is easy to use, and I’ll guide you through each step. You’re welcome to mute your microphone or turn off your camera if that feels better. No special setup required.

Mindfulness is a personal journey, and there are no rigid rules. I’ll guide the practices and offer suggestions, but you’re always encouraged to do what feels right for you.

Confidentiality brings comfort for everyone, so try to find a private space to join on Zoom.

And don’t worry if unexpected things happen — mindfulness is about adapting kindly. You can always mute your line or turn off your camera if you need to.
