MINDFULNESS WEEKLY GROUP
Mondays 7:30 - 8 PM

Join for your weekly dose of stress relief guided by an experienced teacher.

Group Details

Our online mindfulness meditation group welcomes everyone, no matter whether you are a beginner or have experience with meditating.

Each session includes a guided mindfulness meditation. We start with a welcome and wrap up with a few reflective words. You can join while seated in a chair or lying down, using cushions or a blanket for added comfort.

Join us on Monday evenings for just £5 per session, or get a block of 3 sessions for £12.50.

Regular participation will help you establish a routine and enjoy more of the mindfulness benefits. However there's no need to commit weekly, and you can join as often as suits you.

New to Zoom?

Our meditation group meets online through Zoom, offering you the convenience of joining from home and connecting with others. Zoom is user-friendly and doesn't require much setup.

What you need to join:

  • A PC/Laptop/Macbook, tablet or phone. You can check the operating requirements of Zoom here: https://bit.ly/2yKs99X

  • A webcam and microphone (most devices have these)

  • Headphones (optional)

  • An internet connection

  • A private space where you can remain undisturbed and comfortable during the sessions

  • Somewhere to sit on (chair, cushion on the floor). If you prefer lying down during meditation, a blanket or a yoga mat to protect from the hard floor.

Mindfulness is a personal journey, and there are no rigid rules. I offer meditation guidance throughout and suggestions and options on how to approach the practice. But you're encouraged to do what feels right for you. Confidentiality is important, so find a quiet space to join us on Zoom, where you can focus without disruptions. Don't worry if unexpected things happen; mindfulness teaches us to adapt. You can mute your line and turn off your camera if needed.
