Retreat Day in Brief

Embrace the profound stillness of the winter season—transition into the new year with rest and quiet reflection.

Join me on Zoom for a day dedicated to silence and contemplation. You might practice meditation regularly, or maybe your practice has slipped a little. This day-long guided retreat is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your practice from the comfort of your home.

I will guide you through a range of mindfulness meditation practices that will help you pause, restore and reconnect with yourself. Breaks and lunch will be incorporated into the day, and there will be plenty of opportunities for rest.

What to expect?

As we navigate the retreat together, you'll find opportunities to:

  • Rest and Restore: Immerse in a day of silent contemplation, rejuvenating your mind and body.

  • Slow Down and Renew Focus: Step back from the daily hustle to sharpen your clarity and focus.

  • Deeply Self-Caring: Carving out intentional time for your well-being sets the tone for the year ahead.

  • Deepen Connection and Rejuvenate Practice: Reconnect with yourself and invigorate your meditation practice.

  • Increase Self-Kindness: Cultivate a kinder, more accepting relationship with yourself.

Create your space at home where you can comfortably connect on Zoom and engage in guided meditations, including some room for lying down and gentle movement practice.

The space doesn't have to be totally silent, as our surroundings are a natural part of practising meditation. You will be able to adjust the camera and mute the microphone as needed. It is important that the room you join from does not require anyone else to step in so that we can maintain everyone’s privacy during the retreat.

Who is the retreat for?

This retreat is open to individuals with mindfulness experience, having completed an 8-week mindfulness course or engaged in mindfulness-based meditation and would like to spend time in silence, fostering inner resources and reconnecting or deepening meditation practice.
