Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Some courses may allow deposits or instalments — details will be shared on booking.
Refunds & Cancellations
More than 14 days before start date: refund available, minus a £5 administration fee (or deposit, if applicable).
Within 14 days of start date: fees are non-refundable.
In some cases, payments may be transferred as credit towards a future course (depending on availability).

Booking & Payment
A deposit secures your place. The balance is due one week before the course starts.
Your place is confirmed once:
Booking form is completed
Orientation call has taken place
Payment (deposit or full fee) is received
Group Size
Minimum of 5 participants required to run.
Maximum numbers are set per course to keep groups small and supportive.
Attendance & Suitability
MBSR is not suitable if you are currently experiencing severe depression, recent trauma or bereavement, or other acute difficulties. If you’re unsure, please contact me to discuss.
In some cases, I may ask that you speak with a health professional before joining.
Movement & Safety
Sessions may include simple mindful movement (e.g. seated stretches, standing, or lying down practices).
All practices are optional — you are encouraged to adapt and only do what feels safe.
If you have medical concerns, please consult your health professional before attending.
Refunds
More than 14 days before start date: deposit is non-refundable, balance will be refunded.
Within 14 days: no refunds. In some circumstances, payments may be applied to a future course.

Online via Zoom
You’ll receive a simple link to join. No special setup is required.
Please join from a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable.
You can mute your microphone or turn off your camera at any time.
In-Person Sessions
When practices are done seated, chairs are provided.
Some sessions include a possibility for lie-down and gentle movement pratices and you are welcome to bring a yoga mat. What you need to bring will be stated in the course booking details.
You’re welcome to wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion or water bottle if you’d like.
Please let me know if you have access needs so I can make the space supportive.
Accessibility & Inclusivity
Courses are designed to be inclusive and approachable.
If you have specific needs (physical, sensory, or other), please get in touch before the course so we can make arrangements together.
Final Note
Mindfulness can be deeply supportive, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you are unsure about whether a course is right for you, please contact me — I’ll be happy to talk it through.
