Course Structure
-
Learn how to steady a wandering mind and bring your focus back to what really matters.
Our minds naturally wander — often to worries, lists, or “what ifs.” In this first session, you’ll explore how to bring attention back to the present moment. Through simple practices, you’ll see how choosing where to place your focus can change the way you experience daily life. -
Discover how thoughts shape your reality.
How we look at things matters. This session explores how thoughts colour our reality, and how mindfulness opens up a more spacious, observational way of being. You’ll practise noticing with curiosity rather than judgment — a shift that can support personal growth and wellbeing over time. -
Find the space to choose your response.
Life will always bring challenges. This final session focuses on creating space between what happens and how we respond. You’ll learn practical techniques to pause, steady yourself, and choose a response that supports your values and wellbeing — rather than reacting on autopilot.
How You’ll Learn
Learning together in a calm, supportive small group.
Each session includes a mix of gentle teaching, guided mindfulness practices, and time to share experiences (optional). The tone is friendly and calm — there’s no pressure to speak, and you’re welcome to simply listen. You’ll also receive handouts and short recordings to use at home between our meetings, so you can try out what you learn in everyday life.
